In honor of our 25th anniversary, Little Books is offering all of our Catholic dioceses an opportunity to get free books.
Questions and Answers
Q: How does the Free Book Program work?
A: A diocese signs up for the program by emailing us at info@littlebooks.org and opting-in to the program. Give us your diocese name, address, email and phone number. Throughout the 2024-2025 liturgical year, the diocese keeps track of all parishes in its diocese that order books.
At the end of the 2024-2025 year, the diocese reports to us the total number of books purchased in its diocese. We return 10% of the total number of books ordered back to the diocese for FREE (your diocese pays the shipping).
- For example, if 10 churches in the diocese buy a total of 5,000 books, the diocese now has a credit of 500 books that can be used any way you choose (not including shipping).
- If the diocese wants to purchase directly from us for all of its parishes in 2024-2025, it can receive a 15% credit to be used toward the 2025-2026 liturgical season. The full order will be mailed to one location.
Q: How can we use our free books?
A: It’s up to you! You may use your free books any way you choose so get creative. Maybe you want to return them to the parishes that order. Maybe you want to give them to parishes that are in underserved areas. Maybe you give them to a nursing home, homeless shelter, rehab facility, jail or school. Small faith groups are always looking for new material.
Think of how you have wanted to serve your Diocese with prayer resources. Little Books can fit the need. This is a perfect way to extend your evangelization even further into your community. We only ask that the purchase must be within the 2024-2025 liturgical season and you pay the shipping in 2025-2026 when the free books are shipped.

Q: How much do the books cost?
A: The books are sold on a sliding price scale based on quantity. For regular print books, quantities over 500 are $1.40/each and over 1,000 are $1.30/each. Bulk pricing options
Q: Is there a minimum size order or minimum number of parishes needed to take advantage of this?
A: There are no minimums. It’s likely you already have at least one parish that purchases Little Books, so you can already take advantage of this opportunity.
Q: Can our parishes combine their orders for even greater savings?
A: Yes! Shipping will be to a single location.
Q: Are the Children’s Book, large print, and Spanish included in the program?
A: Yes, all of the traditional reflection books are included as well as large print and Spanish. Not included: Stewardship books.
Q: Do parish groups or our school orders qualify?
A: Yes! However the program does not apply to individual parishioner orders unless the order is for a parish.
Q: Who pays shipping for the free books?
A: The diocese will pay the shipping costs.
Q: How do we participate?
A: Click the link to send an email to info@littlebooks.org, with the subject line: 25th Anniversary Free Book Program. In the email, indicate your Diocese’s desire to participate. We’ll put you on our list. Note: Your diocese (not the parishes) must register to participate by Nov. 30, 2024.
Q: How do we report our purchases?
A: Upon sign-up, we will send you a form where you will list the parishes that participate (so we can verify the orders) and give us your book order. You must complete this form by April 30, 2025, and send it to info@littlebooks.org. We will verify your total and let you know the number of free books you are eligible to receive in the 2025-2026 liturgical year.
Q: Can we buy more books in addition to the free ones?
A: Yes, and you can take advantage of price discounts by grouping orders.
